Don't book your parties here. It is outrageous that they demand that you do not bring in food or soft drinks. Yet they only have pizza - no other food options. Even worse, they want you to buy soda cans at $1.50 a piece rather than offer by pitcher like most places do.
The other ridiculous thing with this place is that they force you to get the food and drinks for your party from them at outrageous prices. They buy the Pizza from outside and want to make money from you even on that.
Terrible place for a birthday party !!! They are completely clueless on how to facilitate parties. They don't have an efficient way of getting you guests checked in. Your guests have to wait in line behind the other customers to fill a long form to sign the waiver. After they sign the waiver, they need to wait to get a band put on their wrist. That is not all, then they need to find the associate who is assigned for your party, who will verify that you have checked in the front desk and then provide a second band on the guest's wrist. After all the time spent on this, the little time the kids have to jump will end at the end of your party time. They don't get to stay around and jump for even a few minutes after your party time is over. I have hosted parties in many other places like roller skating centers where they don't care if the kids skate after the party time is over.
We were very unhappy with this place after hosting our party there and would not recommend it to anyone.
We had our sons (Mattieu Montes) 4th birthday November 18th 2017 and we had a great experience. The place was pack as it could get and despite of that the staff had everything under control. I wanna highlight a young man Kody who at that time was his second day at the job and came through like a pro in the party zone. Jamie and Iliyah were awesome as well. Everyone of our 40 guest had a blast and special my little one. The manager and his team did a great job for us. We will definitely have another party there in the future.
We attended a birthday party there and had a blast! Most of the kids were 5 or 6 and they ran around jumping and climbing on everything. This has much more to do then most trampoline parks we have been too. I would highly recommend it for kids of all ages. Also pizza was delicious!!
They are very unorganized and will go looking for basic party supplies. The party room is too small for more than 10 or 15 kids.
16.99 for 1.5 hrs. Oh yeah that's cheap... Not. This place didn't even get on our list of places to even try. This place must be for rich people. Way to go losing customers before they even consider your business
Seems like they are Lazy to put in the effort to provide decent options but greedy enough to charge ridiculous prices for the soft drinks and food.
