I rented storage here 2 1/2 years ago and it was just "ok". When Cindy took over the management it quickly turned into a 5 star facility. She is super efficient, upbeat, positive and a real pleasure to do business with. I HIGHLY recommend this location!!

I had a unit with this location for about 3 years. They have changed up the staff a little bit, and I was very impressed with the service I've received from Cindy. We bought a house and had to clean/close out our unit. She made the process so easy and even followed up with me over the phone to make sure everything was taken care of. Customer service like this really does stand out and makes such a huge difference. It is very clear that she enjoys her job and her positive attitude shines through.
