He promised to finalize some repairs before we moved in and he never fulfilled his promise and now we were stuck with the repairs.
He became unresponsive to us ask we began asking questions about the contract.
He began making recommendations that was NOT in our best interest.
Christian was very friendly in the beginning.
He wanted us to submit an offer and pay more for a property to push the price tag HIGHER. The seller was more than happy to sell us the house at the lower price. If you higher this agent, be prepared to possibly pay more than the property is worth.
So.... buyer or seller beware if you hire this agent!
