Avoid this company at all cost. Extremely unprofessional and is far from customer oriented. The woman I spoke with on the phone to order the door asked for the width of my current door, which I provided. I was promised a $1000 door in 4 weeks. 5-6 weeks later, I contacted the company because I had not heard anything about my door. They scheduled installation for the following week. The installer arrived at my home with a door that was the correct width but not the correct height. The woman on the phone assumed I had a standard door length instead of asking me for the length measurement, so they made a glass insert that was too small. When I told the installer what happened, he said that I wasn't the only customer that had been given the wrong door size because of their failure to ask for the height. He shared that he had driven 2.5 hours the previous week to install a door, only to find out that it too was also the wrong size.
I placed an online order for a measuring guide and paid $45. I never received the product and the company never replied to my emails. I had to do a chargeback through my bank. Beware of this company - they may be frauds.
No check in with me at all after the last day of the window... so I emailed and he tells me they're too busy and need to delay me again. Forget it.
seems like an old school operation with too much work to care about the details or customer service.

I called the following day to schedule a new time to install the correct sized glass insert only to be told I owed another $150. They didn't apologize for their mistake. In fact, they blamed ME . Here is a quote from the Vernelle Teague, the general manager. "Although Ashlyn may or may not have asked you for the length, you knew you had an 8ft door correct? Did you not tell us you had an 8ft door? When we sent your invoice over with the size of the insert, did you all check the size?"
They installed a pet door in our home a few months ago. The process of ordering the door was extremely easy, very professional and they made sure everything was to our standards. I would recommend them to everyone nedding a pet door.

Louis will be vague and won't ever nail down a solid installation date. Excuses and delays make for unhappy customers that will go elsewhere. I'm easy. Two week wait with a 14 day window and I didn't gripe. Relatively high cost for simple job, no problem... I want to support local businesses.
Very, very unhappy with this company and I HIGHLY encourage those looking for a door for your pet to look elsewhere.
