If there was an option for 0 stars, thats what I would choose!!!! I was a customer at this location for over a year when one day...my husband picked up my Chanel comfoter. When he got it home it was DESTROYED! The seams were coming apart and almost half the stitching was frayed. When I returned to complain I was told that it was not that way when it left the store. That I was not being truthful. That I likely damaged it and blamed them. Only after I argued for a very long time was I reimbursed the $20 cleaning fee....not even 1/10th of its worth. I can understand mistakes, they happen to the best of us, but to not even get an apology is unforgivable. I was told they have never, EVER made a mistake and that they would never admit to one. I am discusted by the lack of integrity displayed by the manager. NEVER bring them your business!!!
