Not sure if we're rating Havertys in general or just this outlet. The folks here are pretty helpful and the furniture is alright, it's easy to find something you'll like. The Guardsman warranty is garbage though, so skip it and save your money. I purchased a sectional a while back with the Guardsman protection and got burned. The couch is still structurally sound but hasn't aged well and looks terribad. They refused to take a look and wouldn't help me with any of the damage. If you're looking for a recommendation, Ethan Allen has some of the nicest and well built furniture I've seen and they have the thickest veneers or avoid them altogether unlike very spendy Restoration Hardware and Even Pottery Barn pieces.
Bought a warranty with my $3500 couch. 1 month later they no longer carry the couch and can't continue warranty.
It's an outlet store, so don't expect more. Good if you try to get something cheaper.
Always something(s) there I'd like to have. Prices are not cheap, cheap but are better than many quality stores. Good furniture to last a long time.
