The frosting was decent, a bit sweet but not too bad. The cupcake was a bit dry and taste like any old box mix from the supermarket. Staff were very nice and overall this place isn't bad, but the prices are set like you are getting top of the line baked goods. $3.50 per cupcake is really steep for this quality.
The cupcakes are average at best. It taste like a box cake and is not exceptionally moist. The flavoring is fine. The staff are super nice. The store is clean. They are good but nothing to go out on the way for.
Stopped in on a whim and picked up some cupcakes and a 7 layer bar. The cupcakes we're moist and delicious, but the REAL star was was that delectable 7 layer bar. Just incredible.
Ordered a dozen for a photo shoot last minute over the phone. They were happy to fit us in and even let us swap cupcake flavors last minute. I only got to sample the lemon cupcake (the rest disappeared quickly in our office break room) and thought it was delicious. The frosting had the perfect amount of lemon taste and the cake was moist.
This place has a lovely interior and great cucpakes. You won't find exotic flavors but they do the staples very well. On weekends (Friday and Saturday) they have cream pies which are also great. For the area they're in it is not pricey but it is around 3.50 per cupcake. Worth it though.
Also want to say that the customer service was amazing and the store itself is darling. Will be going back for sure!
